Planned Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the residential leasing cycle in Doha. You will lead property showings, prepare lease agreements, screen tenants, and respond to inquiries while collaborating with a property management team to optimize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in real estate leasing or sales, a solid understanding of Doha's residential market, and strong negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales.
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Doha.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the leasing process for residential properties Key responsibilities include property showings lease agreement preparation tenant screening and ensuring tenant satisfaction The Leasing Consultant will also be involved in marketing vacant units and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current tenants Conduct property tours and showcase available residential units to prospective tenants Prepare and execute lease agreements ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood by tenants Screen potential tenants through background and credit checks Handle tenant inquiries concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize vacancy rates Maintain accurate records of leases tenant information and property-related documentation Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and tenant retention The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients. A proven track record in sales or leasing, particularly within the real estate sector, is highly desirable. The candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
