Focal Tech Inc in Qatar seeks a Manager, Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement, establish governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver commercial value across sourcing activities. Reporting to Head of Sourcing, the role drives cost efficiency, transparency, and vendor performance to support scalable growth.

You will manage high-value initiatives such as RFPs and direct negotiations, optimize total cost of ownership, and safeguard continuity across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain.
• Proven track record delivering high-value RFPs, complex negotiations, and supplier portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Establish procurement governance and ensure policy compliance across sourcing activities.
• Lead high-value procurement initiatives including Direct Negotiation and RFPs; manage vendor performance.
• Safeguard the organization against commercial, operational, and regulatory risks; optimize total cost of ownership.
• Maintain transparent procurement processes and enable business continuity and strategic growth across FinTech markets.
