Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar seeks a Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for oil & gas operations. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with local regulations while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a BSc in science or commerce and at least 6 years in the O&G procurement field, with hands-on experience in SAP and supplier assessment.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in science or commercial field is required.
• 6 years post-graduate experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Experience in purchasing in a regulated environment and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Perform various purchasing activities to meet company requirements safely, efficiently, economically, auditable and comprehensive.
• Handle purchasing processes to deliver best quality in time and at optimal cost for NOC.
• Ensure supplier/entities requirements satisfaction to prevent shortages affecting operations.
