Job summary

Almeera is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels across its Qatar network. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to ensure product availability and drive business growth.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in demand planning, strong forecasting knowledge, S&OP expertise, and proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and RelEx System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques and S&OP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and demand planning tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of RelEx System is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze demand variances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations to align demand and supply plans.
• Support S&OP meetings by providing demand insights and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify risks related to stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Prepare demand planning reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes and planning systems.
