Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a Group Performance Director responsible for strategically overseeing operational efficiency and financial performance across the Group’s portfolio. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to quality and financial standards while coordinating across portfolio companies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in telecom or technology-driven industries.
• At least 10 years in a senior management or leadership role leading performance management or network/service quality functions.
• Finance background with experience monitoring financial performance of leveraged or acquired portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategies that improve shareholder value across the Group's portfolio of telecom and media companies.
• Monitor financial performance of portfolio companies against targets and take corrective action.
• Oversee budget and financial performance, debt management, and lender compliance across portfolio companies.
• Assess financing needs including refinancing and adjust targets to align with plans.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and debt-service ratios across portfolio companies.
• Establish and track KPIs and SLAs across multiple units to meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Oversee capacity planning and forecasting to maintain performance during peak demand.
• Lead digital performance transformation and optimize OSS/BSS tools and processes.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management and the Board.
• Liaise with internal departments and local partners to align on performance objectives.
