The position requires extensive experience in telecom or digital markets, strong financial discipline, and leadership across multi-entity groups. Collaboration with executives and lenders will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in telecom or technology-driven industries, with performance management experience.
• Experience in senior management leading performance management, business excellence, or network/service quality functions at multi-entity level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategies that improve shareholder value across telecom/media portfolio using data trends.
• Monitor financial performance against targets; take corrective actions to protect profitability and returns.
• Oversee budget, debt management, and compliance with lender requirements across portfolio companies.
• Assess financing needs including refinancing, adjust performance targets as needed.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and debt-service ratios; escalate risks.
• Establish and track KPIs (KPI, QoS, QoE, churn) across portfolio entities.
• Oversee capacity planning and forecast demand; coordinate with network operations for scalable solutions.
• Lead digital performance transformation; optimise OSS/BSS costs.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, Board, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments and local partners to align on performance objectives.
