Job summary

The Executive Director at UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is responsible for the execution and safe timely completion of all projects within budget, and to the highest standards. The role develops and implements plans and strategies to achieve organizational objectives, leading multiple large‑scale capital projects from scope definition to schedules and budgets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, an MBA or similar graduate degree, 15+ years of experience with at least

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience with 10 in leadership roles.
GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality business strategies aligned with objectives.
Lead development and execution of complex capital projects from scope to budget.
Provide executive leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and financial performance.
Manage procurement, contracts, and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
