Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience with 5 years in a relevant role.
• GCC experience is a plus.
• Experience leading entertainment or lifestyle venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs to ensure operational excellence, employee engagement, and service improvement.
• Provide strategic advice on operating policies, practices, and procedures.
• Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting to support initiatives.
• Drive innovative solutions with partners to align outcomes with business needs.
• Benchmark programs to enhance capabilities within the Entertainment/Lifestyle sector.
• Recommend policies to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Develop promotions to increase facility productivity and drive revenue.
• Implement operational plans focusing on customer outcomes and best practices.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across core processes.
• Identify projects aligned with organizational goals to maintain competitiveness.
• Promote a safe, efficient work environment and policy compliance.
• Document client journeys and plan improvements for retention and consistency.
• Drive improvements to tools and processes to exceed service expectations.
• Lead external/internal operational excellence with cost-efficiency benefits.
