Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead financial modeling, group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis for senior management.

The role includes cash management, treasury-related projects, and collaboration with operations to produce robust forecasts, executive reports, and business-case analyses for acquisitions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with an executive team.
• Knowledge of accounting tools/software and ERP systems.
• Understanding of auditing, risk management and control processes.
• Strong grounding in finance and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial planning processes and reporting for budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare in-depth financial analyses with narrative for operational and strategic needs.
• Model acquisitions and support transaction processes.
• Create drivers-based plans and provide analytical support to leaders.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure robust forecasts and strategic alignment.
• Prepare yearly budgets, monthly forecasts, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize financial performance.
• Work closely with CFO to drive financial governance and insights.
