Job summary

GDI in Doha is seeking an Organization Effectiveness specialist to lead organizational design, strategic workforce planning, job evaluation, and policy management. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align resources with talent strategies and maintain accurate org charts and job descriptions across the company.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards in Excel/Power BI, supporting governance and audits, and driving cross-functional HR initiatives while adhering to QHSE

Qualifications

• Experience using analytics to support HR design decisions.
• Ability to document and benchmark HR policies and processes.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement organizational design strategies.
• Refine departmental structures to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support reorganizations, new business units, or role consolidations.
• Maintain org charts and job descriptions aligned with design principles.
• Document and modify job descriptions for new roles.
• Gather workforce needs and forecast manpower requirements.
• Develop workforce planning dashboards and monitor pipeline health.
• Finalize annual manpower plan for budgeting.
• Carry out position title changes and adjust job levels.
• Deploy new grade or band frameworks and update policies.
• Benchmark HR policies against industry best practices.
• Prepare summaries and analyses to support policy reviews.
• Maintain HR policy repository with version control.
• Develop data visualizations to support manpower and organization data.
• Report on organizational health indicators and nationalization targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives.
• Ensure safety with QHSE initiatives and report incidents.
