Job summary

Qatar Airways invites applications for an Organisational Design Specialist based in Doha, Qatar. You will contribute to strategic HR initiatives, support design frameworks, and drive efficiency projects aligned to business strategy across the Qatar Airways Group.

You will work with stakeholders across functions to harmonise roles, analyse workforce data, and ensure proper grading of roles while supporting compensation and benefits teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–5 years' relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in strategic planning and re-organisation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-drive and ability to provide outside-of-the-box solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current and proposed organisational structures and provide insights on effectiveness.
• Analyse and provide management updates on structures, roles and workforce data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, review and validate job descriptions and responsibilities matrices.
• Support organisational design and job harmonisation projects from concept through implementation.
• Ensure consistent application of job evaluation frameworks and governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital HR solutions.
