Job summary

QNB Group seeks an experienced OD professional to partner with HR and leaders to design, develop, and deliver solutions aligning people capabilities with business strategy. You will conduct job analyses, write job descriptions, and drive job evaluation to support organisational change across functions.

The role requires balancing strategic thinking with practical implementation, collaborating with Compliance and Risk, and supporting global networks while maintaining confidentiality and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, banking, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies, organizational design, and change management in complex environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships, engage senior stakeholders across cultures, and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose organizational issues and balance strategy with implementation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, attention to detail, and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to assess and implement organizational design initiatives for improved effectiveness.
• Lead and support organizational development projects to optimize structures, processes, accountability, and deployment.
• Ensure high-quality execution and measurable impact of OD initiatives and maintain job architecture integrity.
• Provide expert advice on organizational design, job evaluation, and organizational effectiveness practices.
