Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG in Doha is seeking a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist to manage Spot Purchases and PO tracking through Goods Receipt, ensuring TOFA compliance. You will monitor demand, maintain PO data, expedite vendors, and provide management reports.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years in oil & gas procurement, with strong knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or related commercial discipline.
• 5 years of direct experience in oil and gas purchasing/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Create and finalize Spot Material POs and track until Goods Receipt (GR) ensuring TOFA controls.
• Assess requisitions, maintain PO data, expedite vendors, and report status to Managers and Heads.
