Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage spot purchases and oversee PO tracking through to Goods Receipt. The role focuses on complying with TOFA controls and ensuring material availability for end users.

Responsibilities include maintaining PO records, expediting vendors, reviewing requisitions, and delivering reports to management. Candidates should have an engineering or supply chain background and 5 years in oil and gas procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or commercial discipline.
• 5 years’ direct oil and gas procurement experience.
• Experience with spot buys and PO lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and finalize high-quality spot purchase orders and track to Goods Receipt.
• Maintain PO database and expedite vendors to meet delivery dates.
• Inspect requisitions for completeness and liaise with end users.
• Provide reports on delivery status and corrective actions.
• Ensure TOFA compliance and support process improvements.
