QatarEnergy seeks a procurement professional to create and finalize high-quality spot material purchase orders (POs) and oversee PO tracking through goods receipt, ensuring TOFA compliance and material availability for end users.

Key duties include spot purchases to meet KPIs, maintaining PO data, expediting vendors when needed, reviewing requisitions, and reporting to managers on delivery status and improvement opportunities to strengthen service levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related commercial discipline.

• Create and finalize high-quality spot material purchase orders (POs).
• Oversee PO tracking until goods receipt (GR) while adhering to TOFA controls.
• Conduct material spot purchases to meet KPIs and budget targets.
• Maintain a database of POs and expedite vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review requisitions for completeness and liaise with end users to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on PO status, delivery issues, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Support supplier performance tracking and contribute to process reviews in Supply.
