Job summary

Vistas Global in Qatar is seeking an Account Manager to manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned IT staffing clients and coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery and onboarding.

You will collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, monitor service delivery and client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth and workforce solutions. GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Outsourcing, Managed Services, or Workforce Solutions.
• Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and client service delivery.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned IT staffing clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery onboarding workforce deployment and ongoing account support.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Monitor service delivery client satisfaction and operational performance against agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities for account growth service expansion and workforce solutions.
• Coordinate with HR Finance and Operations to support the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and service standards.
