Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide proactive post-sales support and manage implementations. You will architect and oversee availability solutions, data protection, and monitoring across data centers, cloud, and on‑prem environments.

The role requires strong consulting and project management skills, plus extensive experience with virtualization, storage, and data management technologies. Travel for overnight stays may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in IT industry with consulting or TAM background.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Experience with Veeam core products and virtualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and consulting to meet Veeam solution design and deliverables.
• Provide project guidance including plans, schedules, and status updates.
• Assist with assessment, design, and post-installation issues.
• Estimate effort for Veeam solution implementations and efforts.
• Create white papers, guides, and best practices for customers.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and document configurations.
