Job summary

PIH is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager to supervise and optimize the company’s logistics and procurement operations in Qatar. You will lead strategy, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor stock levels and quality controls to meet demand.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and implement performance metrics across depots and suppliers, ensuring robust ERP data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration required.
• Professional qualification in supply chain/logistics or related technical certificates preferred.
• 硕士/高级学位为加分项（如供应链管理的认证）可选。

Responsibilities

• Set short- and long-term strategy for the division with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Lead and develop division manpower with coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure an optimal workforce plan and budget alignment.
• Identify KPI systems for depots to support healthcare demand and optimize operations.
• Oversee ERP data integrity, forecasting by facility, and supplier negotiations for cost reduction.
