Job summary
Al Emadi Enterprises seeks a seasoned Group Supply Chain Manager to unify and optimize procurement, logistics, warehousing and fleet across its diverse business units in Qatar. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive an ERP-enabled Shared Services model, standardize processes, and deliver cost efficiency with measurable KPIs.
The role requires 10–15 years in supply chain with 5+ years in senior leadership, Bachelor's in a related field, and MBA preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field is required.
- Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 5 years in a senior leader role.
- Experience across diversified conglomerates and GCC/Qatar exposure is advantageous.
- CSCP or CPIM certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead group-wide supply chain transformation within the Shared Services model.
- Centralize procurement, sourcing, and supplier management across the group.
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, fleet, warehousing and 3PL relationships.
- Establish KPI framework and drive cost efficiency and service excellence.
- Mentor and build a high-performing team while aligning with CEO and leaders.
