• Advanced proficiency in developing technical proposals, including scope definition, resource planning, and budgeting.
• Ability to analyze RFPs and RFIs to tailor proposals to client needs.
• Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to proposal development.

• Lead the development and submission of high-quality technical proposals in response to client requests.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and management teams to gather information and craft compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of proposal requirements and ensure compliance with guidelines and specifications.
• Manage the proposal timeline and milestones to ensure timely submission.
• Provide guidance to proposal team members, including writers, SMEs, and graphic designers.
• Develop proposal templates, tools, and best practices to streamline the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content such as case studies and technical docs.
• Serve as the primary client contact for inquiries and clarifications related to the proposal.
• Conduct post-submission reviews to identify lessons learned for future proposals.
