IIQAF Group in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support hospital supply chain operations, inventory management, procurement coordination, and timely distribution of medical and non-medical supplies.

The role requires coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock levels, maintaining logistics records, and communicating with suppliers to ensure supplies reach the correct departments efficiently.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience as Logistics Coordinator or related roles in hospital/logistics advantageous.
• Familiarity with hospital supply chains, stock control, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, ERP, WMS, and MS Excel is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Coordinate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and hospital departments to ensure materials availability.
• Plan and track deliveries, shipments, and internal distribution schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport personnel on order status and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and related documentation.
• Verify deliveries against orders and delivery notes for accuracy.
