Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha is recruiting for a Manager Cabin Crew within Cabin Services – In-Flight Services. You will lead Performance Managers, oversee cabin crew performance, recruitment, and development, and ensure alignment with company standards and safety policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with extensive experience in cabin crew management, discipline handling, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cabin crew performance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Proven ability to train and develop subordinates.
• Ability to assess and select candidates as an assessor.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of Cabin Crew to meet safety, service and image standards.
• Lead Performance Managers and support Senior Manager Cabin Crew Performance.
• Oversee recruitment and assessment activities for Cabin Crew.Plan manpower development to meet company needs.
• Communicate changes in policies/procedures to Cabin Crew and stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and feedback and prepare performance case files for reviews.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and drive training to raise standards.
