Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Purchasing/Finance professional in Lusail, Qatar to manage end-to-end purchasing operations for food, beverage, and controllable costs. You will coordinate with Executive Chef, kitchen staff, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and adherence to brand SOPs.

Strong data reporting and inventory controls are essential. Education requires a 4-year degree in Finance and Accounting or related major, or at least 2 years of purchasing

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing across departments and cost controls.
• Ability to generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Understanding of inventory and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing across departments and ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Monitor budgets and lower controllable food/beverage costs where possible.
• Coordinate with kitchen and vendors to ensure delivery timing and quality.
• Oversee inventory controls, sanitation, and safety standards in storeroom.
• Process invoices and maintain proper bookkeeping procedures.
