Key Responsibilities

• Assist the line manager in preparing and processing purchase orders to ensure accurate, timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product details, pricing, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on shipments to ensure compliance with deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date purchase and pricing records for internal reference, reporting, and audit purposes.
• Ensure all procurement data is accurately entered into the order management system for traceability and compliance.

Ideal Profile
