Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience in aviation or large-scale catering operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of purchasing procedures, order cycles, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product details and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on shipments.
• Maintain up-to-date purchase and pricing records.
• Ensure procurement data is accurately entered into the order management system.
• Track foreign shipments and update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
• Collaborate with the Stores Department on stock management.
• Prepare regular procurement and forecasting reports.
