Job summary

Kempinski Hotel is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for all hotel departments in Doha. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, F&B inventory, OS&E, and vendor services to support hotel operations.

The goal is to secure high-quality goods at optimal prices, maintain stock levels, comply with health regulations, and safeguard profitability through strategic cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage purchasing, receiving, and storeroom teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for hotel procurement.
• Build and audit supplier relationships; benchmark prices.
• Manage purchasing across F&B, Rooms, Engineering, Spa, Admin.
• Coordinate monthly supplier reconciliations and budget preparation.
• Oversee receiving procedures and ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations.
• Process credit memos for damaged goods.
