Job summary

UCC Holding in Doha seeks a Corporate Governance Manager to implement and oversee a robust governance framework across the Group, ensuring accountability, fairness, and transparency with stakeholders under the Corporate Governance Director.

Responsibilities include organizing board meetings, preparing materials, drafting resolutions, and maintaining board archives while monitoring compliance and developing governance procedures. GCC experience is a plus, 3–5 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in Corporate Governance or JV management.
• GCC experience is a plus.
• Oil & gas or construction industry experience preferable.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Governance framework and monitoring compliance with requirements in framework.
• Prepare meetings (invitation, director schedule, communication with Directors and Board secretaries).
• Gather materials and review presentations prepared by employees.
• Prepare slides on Corporate Governance topics.
• Draft resolutions with guidance of the Corporate Governance Director.
• Maintain archives of Board materials.
• Monitor internal and external communication with Board of Directors, Secretary ensuring consistency and timeliness.
