Job summary

Alshaya Group in Qatar is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to deliver and maintain exemplary standards across stores. You will design promotional campaigns, train staff on brand standards, and collaborate with the brand team on new openings and market entry.

You will assess store visuals, implement action plans, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure best-practice execution by the team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' retail operations experience including 2 years in visual merchandising management.
• Experience in budget planning and control.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• The ability to apply sound brand principles to projects and campaigns.
• Computer literate.
• A Qualification in Visual Merchandising or Art & Design is also an advantage.

Responsibilities
