Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking a management-level HR role responsible for staff dormitory operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness and policy adherence for employees living on-site.

You will report to the Director of Human Resources and oversee room assignments, check-in/out, linen and keys, and daily dormitory upkeep. This role also covers HR activities, employee feedback, and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Managing Employee Housing Goals: assign rooms based on enrollment requests and check-in day.
• Conduct staff check-in/out using official forms and issue linen and keys.
• Complete clearances upon check-out and liaise with HR for follow-up.
• Inspect dormitory cleanliness of public areas and staff rooms daily.
• Schedule regular dormitory cleanliness inspections and pest-control liaison.
• Enforce dormitory rules and report disciplinary issues to the Director of HR.
• Maintain inventory of dormitory items and vendor relationships for maintenance.
