Job summary

Responsibilities

• The candidate shall be a qualified Architect with proven and demonstrable experience in the design and construction of 5‑star hotels and high‑rise buildings, with a good understanding of hotel operation.
• The candidate should be capable of managing and coordinating with stakeholders, especially the lead designer, specialist designers, hotel operator, and contractors on technical matters for timely resolution at the design and construction stages.
• Lead technical design meetings for design implementation and to coordinate design changes if required.
• Recommend and arrange for control samples and mock‑ups in coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have strong leadership skills to manage and drive the design team to ensure design delivery process to key milestone schedule, while managing clear tracking, reporting and scheduling systems for generating necessary reports to the client and other stakeholders.
• Similar experience in GCC in consulting or project management firms is preferred.
