Job summary

Barjousarchitects in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Design Coordinator to lead interior design projects from concept to execution, acting as the main client contact while ensuring coordination across teams.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, GCC exposure, and MMUP/UPDA Grade A Architecture certification; the candidate will delegate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of interior design project experience, GCC preferred.
• MMUP/UPDA Grade A Architecture certification highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and suppliers.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance to meet deadlines.
• Identify project risks and provide practical solutions.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables and design milestones.
• Coordinate with suppliers on material selection, samples, finishes and procurement.
