Job summary

Dishley Holding in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an Architect / Interior Designer to lead designs from concept through construction documentation on large-scale commercial, residential, and hotel projects.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to shape space, ambiance, finishes, and lighting, using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

A portfolio showing end-to-end project involvement is required; GCC/Qatar experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience on large-scale commercial/residential/hotel projects.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end project involvement from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes for commercial, residential, and hotel projects.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Contribute to lighting design as part of ambiance, materials, and finish strategies.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and electrical teams to preserve design intent through execution.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve design issues on site.
• Prepare and present design proposals internally and to clients.

You'll take designs from concept through construction documentation, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients — shaping everything from spatial layout to ambiance and finishes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes for commercial, residential, and hotel projects

What We’re Looking For

• An eye for atmosphere, materiality, spatial experience, and architectural lighting design
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with multi-disciplinary teams
