• Oversee daily operations of the spa, fitness center, pool and recreation facilities.
• Ensure all services, treatments and activities meet quality, hygiene and service standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs for spa and recreation areas.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and amenities to be well maintained and operational.
• Lead recruitment, training and supervision of spa and recreation colleagues.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts and reports.
