Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC qualifications are often preferred for hands-on oversight.
• Knowledge of spa management software such as Opera or SpaSoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa & Wellness Manager in daily operation and administration of the spa facilities.
• Ensure all spa treatments and guest interactions meet the highest standards.
• Supervise therapists, receptionists, fitness and wellness team members.
• Monitor appointments, treatment rooms, guest flow, and overall service delivery.
• Provide warm, personalized, and professional guest experiences throughout visits.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of spa staff.
• Communicate operational updates and departmental objectives clearly to the team.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve staff performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hotel, spa, health, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
