Responsibilities include driving service quality, implementing SOPs, managing budgets, and leading a professional team to uphold high hygiene standards and a service-oriented culture.

The Spa amp Recreation Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of spa wellness fitness and recreational facilities ensuring exceptional guest experience financial performance and full compliance with the hotel s Integrated Management System IMS including ISO 9001 Quality Management ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health amp Safety Management

Spa amp Recreation Operation

Oversee daily operations of the spa fitness center pool and recreational facilitiesEnsure all services treatments and activities meet established quality hygiene and service standardsDevelop implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all spa and recreation areasEnsure facilities equipment and amenities are well maintained and operational at all times

Guest Experience amp Quality Assurance

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and handling guest feedback professionallyResolve guest complaints promptly and effectivelyContinuously innovate and improve spa and recreation offerings based on guest feedback and market trends

Team Leadership and Training

Recruit train schedule and supervise spa and recreation colleaguesEnsure all team members are trained in IMS FSMS health amp safety and emergency proceduresConduct performance evaluations and identify development needsPromote a professional motivated and service-oriented work culture

Financial Management amp Administration

Prepare and manage departmental budgets forecasts and reportsMonitor revenue control costs and maximize profitabilityOversee inventory management supplier coordination and stock controlEnsure accurate billing cash handling and administrative procedures
