Job summary

Banyan Tree Doha is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality spa treatments and guest services in a luxurious setting, ensuring a professional, relaxing and safe experience for every guest while complying with the hotel's IMS, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.

You will conduct guest consultations, promote spa services and products, train with IMS/FSMS procedures, and work collaboratively to maintain smooth spa operations, health and safety compliance and environmentally responsible

Qualifications

• Perform professional spa treatments in accordance with approved treatment protocols and service standards.
• Conduct guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Ensure a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for all guests.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in line with established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations.
• Attend required training sessions related to treatments, IMS/FSMS, and health & safety.
• Maintain professional behavior, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
