Responsibilities

• General: disseminate and communicate policies to colleagues; support HR strategic policy and learning initiatives.
• Departmental: manage daily Spa & Wellness operations and interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Customer Focus: respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person within 12 hours; maximize therapist availability.
