Job summary

Responsibilities include planning rosters, handling spa reservations, responding to guest inquiries within 12 hours, and training staff to uphold MOHG policies and procedures.

• Oversee daily Spa & Wellness operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Plan rosters for Spa Concierge and attendants based on demand.
• Take spa reservations and respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide refresher trainings and track training hours for staff.
• Support learning and development activities within the department.
