Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a motivated Spa Receptionist Intern to join our Spa & Wellness team. This internship offers valuable exposure to luxury hospitality, guest relations, appointment scheduling, and spa operations.

You will support front desk tasks and guest services while learning from seasoned hospitality professionals in a prestigious hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous customer service or front office experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the spa reception, manage check-ins/check-outs and appointment bookings.
• Support spa operations and guest relations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Spa team to maintain an inviting atmosphere and seamless service.
