Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a warm, welcoming Hostess to join our luxury dining team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, shaping their dining experience with professionalism and grace.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, superb communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
• Assist guests with reservations and seating arrangements as needed.
• Provide warm, welcoming service in a luxury hospitality environment.
