Job summary

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager - Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives that elevate colleague performance, engagement, and career growth. You will coordinate programs, facilitate sessions, and ensure compliance training completion.

Works closely with the HR team to support talent development, design effective curricula, and foster a culture of continuous learning that aligns with Hyatt's standards and guest-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Admin or related.
• 2-3 years in Learning & Development, Training or HR in hospitality.
• Experience designing, coordinating, delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of talent development, performance management and engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence, coach and build relationships across levels.
• Previous Hyatt brand standards training experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
