Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a senior leader to head the Strategy Development team within the Strategy and Business Development department. The role involves owning and executing regional and country strategy assignments across the bank's international network with minimal supervision.

You will support executive requests including GCEO interviews, Board presentations, and public documents, while driving performance metrics and governance in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in strategy development or related senior roles.
• Proven track record leading strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience with multi-country / cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the portfolio of group-wide strategy assignments across international network.
• Develop and monitor financial plans and KPIs for strategy projects.
• Support Executive Management, including GCEO interviews and Board presentations.
