Job summary

QNB Group is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of business plans for Group Domestic QNB First branches. You will set resources, channels, products, and market focus to maximize targets and align with strategic direction.

Responsibilities include driving budgeting, branch performance, and revenue growth, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. You will coach teams to deliver high service standards across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
• Awareness of branch customer relationship practices and regulations.
• Full banking knowledge for liabilities and assets products and their implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of the Domestic QNB First branches' business plans.
• Ensure branch business plans are delivered within budgets and timelines, drive market share growth and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, monitor performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Promote customer-focused service, compliance with policies, and risk controls across branches.
