Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation requirements and allocate vehicles per schedule.
• Plan routes, pickups, and deployments to support sites and operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure timely transport.
• Maintain accurate records of movements, schedules, and driver assignments.
• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate maintenance to reduce disruptions.
• Track transportation activities and address delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Prepare transport-related reports and provide updates to management.
