Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in material coordination or related functions.
• Mechanical engineering education with a degree/diploma.
• Experience in engineering or project environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials for projects.
• Monitor material requirements to ensure timely availability for planned work.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, returns and stock balances.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, engineering, project and site teams on material needs.
• Track purchase orders and delivery status, flag shortages or delays.
• Verify material documentation, specifications, quantities and related records.
• Support inventory controls and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Prepare material status reports for management reviews.
