Job summary

Transafe Logistics, part of Mazrui International LLC, is seeking a dynamic Fleet Coordinator for heavy vehicle transportation. You will schedule deliveries, route trucks, handle telephone orders, and monitor the fleet management system to ensure timely, safe, and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Qatar driving license and has at least five years' logistics experience in heavy-vehicle transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Logistics role in Heavy vehicle Transportation.
• Valid Qatar driving license required.
• Experience with fleet management systems and driver scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensuring servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Process invoices after maintenance and inform operations to Close the Job.
• Follow up with suppliers for invoices for work done.
• Monitor driver behaviour and ensure high level of customer service.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports for monthly closing.
• Assist in driving hiring to select best drivers.
• Guide drivers for offloading and assist with required documents.
• Register trucks/trailers and liaise with government authorities.
• Support QHSE management.
• Perform system administration tasks for Oracle and the FMS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient scheduling of deliveries, proper routing of trucks, attending telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and also monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.

Ideal candidate must have a valid Qatar driving license and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Logistics role in the Heavy vehicle Transportation industry.

• Involving in driving hiring process to select best drivers.
