The role involves coordination with operations, invoicing following maintenance, driver hiring input, and strict adherence to QHSE guidelines.

Responsibilities

Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
Send invoices after maintenance and inform operations to close the job; follow up with suppliers.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure high levels of customer service.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for monthly closings.
Assist in the fleet hiring process to select drivers.
Guide drivers for offloading and ensure registration documents for trucks/trailers are in order.
Support QHSE management and system administration for Oracle and FMS.
