Transafe Logistics LLC in Al Khor, Qatar is seeking an Operations Executive to efficiently schedule deliveries, route trucks, handle telephone orders, and monitor the fleet management system. The role requires strong coordination with drivers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Qatar driving license and have at least 5 years of logistics experience in heavy vehicle transportation.

• Valid Qatar driving license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience in heavy vehicle transportation.

Responsibilities

• Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensuring servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• After maintenance, send the invoice for booking and inform operations to Close the Job.
• Follow up with suppliers for invoices for the work done.
• Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Sending daily, weekly & monthly reports to ensure the accuracy of monthly closing reports.
• Involving in driving hiring process to select best drivers.
• Guiding drivers for offloading to different destinations and assist for the documents needed
• Registration process for trucks/trailers and follow up with government authorities.

• Carry out system administration tasks as required for Oracle and the FMS to manage fleet.

We are seeking to hire an Operations Executive for Transafe Logistics LLC in Al Khor, Qatar.

Transafe Logistics specializes in the transportation of hazardous goods around the region and is a reliable partner to Oil & Gas industry, Industrial Gas Sector, and Petrochemical Industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient scheduling of deliveries, proper routing of trucks, attending telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and also monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.

Ideal candidate must have a valid Qatar driving license and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Logistics role in the Heavy vehicle Transportation industry.
