Job summary

Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to launch, sustain, and continuously improve learning and development programs that drive AJMN's strategy and competencies.

You will conduct learning needs analyses, design and implement blended learning solutions, manage LMS platforms, and lead projects from analysis to evaluation while ensuring quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related role.
• Strong capabilities in needs analysis, instructional design, and learning solution implementation.
• Experience designing and managing learning programs and using blended/digital learning.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and stakeholder/project management strengths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Job Summary

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to launch, sustain, and continuously improve learning and development programs that enable AJMN's strategy and drive the development of competencies and skills.

The Senior Learning Solutions Specialist is responsible for conducting learning needs analysis, designing and implementing effective learning solutions, and ensuring delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards. The role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver impactful learning initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong experience in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and implementation of learning solutions.
• Experience in designing and managing learning and development programs.
• Knowledge of blended learning, digital learning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
