Job summary

Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to launch, sustain, and continuously improve learning and development programs that drive AJMN's strategy and competencies.

You will conduct learning needs analyses, design and implement blended learning solutions, manage LMS platforms, and lead projects from analysis to evaluation while ensuring quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related role.
• Strong capabilities in needs analysis, instructional design, and learning solution implementation.
• Experience designing and managing learning programs and using blended/digital learning.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and stakeholder/project management strengths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs aligned with AJMN strategy.
• Ensure learning solutions meet quality standards and organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver engaging, blended learning experiences.
• Lead learning projects from needs analysis through evaluation.
• Monitor impact of learning programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support competency and skills development across the organization.
• Collaborate with SMEs and external learning providers.
• Stay updated on emerging learning trends and best practices.
